Welcome to Discovery Counselling

Having worked for almost five years as a volunteer Counsellor in the Voluntary Sector, I decided in 2008 to start my own Private Counselling Practice, based in Dundee (City of Discovery), Scotland.

My personal journey of discovery - which includes three courses of personal therapy, over 700 hours of training and over 500 hours of Counselling experience – has taught me that Personal Therapy/Counselling can be an extremely useful and interesting way of achieving growth, greater happiness and self-acceptance. In short, I am a much more fulfilled and self-aware person (with much better relationships) as a result of my own Counselling and I hope that I can help you in a similar way.

Currently, all of my face to face counselling work is done from Hawksgrove Centre for Inner Studies
